The Speaker waived the Judiciary Committee referral on the following           
at the request of Representative Porter, Chair:                                
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 319                                                           
"An Act relating to the possession of controlled substances within            
500 feet of recreation and youth centers; and permitting                       
municipalities to install `drug-free recreation and youth center               
zone' signs."                                                                  
                                                                               
SB 319 was removed the Judiciary Committee and referred to the                 
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.                                 
                                                                               
Representative Navarre added his name as cross-sponsor to SB 319.
